4G Energy Service was formed in January 2017 to provide owners of Solar® gas turbines an alternative to the OEM. Nearly 100% of customers having to deal with a single source OEM supplier over the years have asked, “Is there an alternative?” For decades, the answer to that question was “little, or none”. However, with the creation of 4G Energy Service, today, owners of Solar gas turbines are realizing that they can get overhauls, parts, services, and engineering with the quality they expect and pricing that makes a huge difference in their operating costs.
Observations from over 30 years’ experience in the gas turbine industry showed the critical need to get back to the basics of building new relationships between owners of Solar® gas turbines and quality service providers. Built on the concept of “forging relationships”, 4G Energy Service has the single mission of putting people together – Solar® gas turbine owners and service providers able to fill very important needs. 4G Energy Service and the solutions providers we represent cover the whole range of the Solar® gas turbines product line in North America from our location in Georgetown, Texas, focusing primarily on the legacy Solar® gas turbines – Saturn®, Centaur®, Taurus®, and Mars®.
